Stayed one night. Staff helpful, some speak English. Rooms ok. Own personal thermal water tub in ensuite, as most others in kozakli. Public pools, segregated and mixed. I didn't see or try them as I didn't have time. Reliable Lifts. NO WIFI in rooms, only lobby. Also, lobby has small selection of snacks, drinks and swimwear. For me, as a wheelchair user this hotel's location was a bit far from the centre. Took me about 25min, riding mostly on the road as the footpaths don't have curb cuts 99% of the time. I eventually found closer accommodation. If you arrive by car, then distance to the centre will not be a problem at all. Also, there are little kiosks within a five min walk. Breakfast and dinner inc in price, as most other hotels in kozakli. In general, this town offers virtually nothing, not even a decent coffee shop.

This thermal hotel, where we spent 3 days, meets our expectations and is a hotel where you can have a peaceful holiday with reasonable prices for today's conditions. We were a little hesitant when we read the comments, but it had nothing to do with it. The rooms were spacious and the cleanliness was nice. The towels were not torn or anything. Price performance hotel, first of all, it is normal according to the price. The food is not very tasty. In fact, it is a big problem for me that there is turkey meat instead of red meat. They gave 2 small shampoos and 1 small soap to 3 people for 5 days. They make fun of you when you want. 3.Towels and bathrobes are old, torn and smelly. When we ask for change, they do not give it and make fun of us. 4. The sheets are dirty and not changed. 5. They close and open the area used as a common pool as they wish. 6. When there is a tour, they allocate the common pool only to women and do not let them use it even though we paid for it. 7. They never opened the steam room and sauna 8.For dinner, they only serve chicken bones, chickpeas, beans and pasta or cold and stale potatoes. Cold and salad varieties are stale and stinky, sweet is insufficient. 9.Breakfast varieties, feta cheese, feta cheese with black cumin seeds on it, feta cheese with chili peppers, stale eggs, olives and tomatoes. Tea is cold and in paper cups. 10.Employees are rude and indifferent and respond to your requests by making fun of you. 11.
